PJ Murphy memorial cup
Garrymore seniors played Kilconly in the Inaugural PJ Murphy memorial cup last Saturday evening in Kilconly with all proceeds from the game going to the Mayo Galway Hospice.
Kilconly ran out four point winners after an excellent first half from the home side netting three goals.
Garrymore battled back but probably left to much to do for themselves, despite dominating possession they could not break down the Kilconly defense to get that all important second goal.
Final score from Kilconly. Garrymore 1-12 Kilconly 3-10
