Fantasy Gaelic Manager
Think you have what it takes to manage at inter-county level? Prove it by entering Fantasy Gaelic.
Over 20,000 players are expected to play in this free game from both Irish and overseas clubs.
Based on the hugely popular Premier League Fantasy Football model, each player picks 15 footballers, a maximum of two from each county – one goalkeeper, six backs, two midfielders and six forwards.
As with the Premier League version, picking the right captain is crucial as they are awarded double points and each week there will be a Newstalk/OfftheBall man of the match picked by the OTB team and that player will be worth an additional 20 points.
This year there are four transfer windows after the initial selection, opening before the provincial finals, the All-Ireland quarter-finals, the semi-finals and the final, giving players a greater chance of going for the top prizes which include a limited edition All-Star jersey, a weekend break at the Croke Park Hotel and tickets to the All Stars.
Check out all the prizes that are up for grabs and the full rules of the game at Fantasy Gaelic.
Hoganstand.com is on board again this year running our own league.
All you need to do to join our league is register on Fantasy Gaelic, select Meath on the county menu and Hoganstand in the club section.
